I believe in the saying of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) that “All of you are shepherds and each of you is responsible for his flock. A man is the shepherd of the people of his house and he is responsible.”

I am shepherd of my team. I promise that from today I will recruit only those people who are as the Quran prescribes “Qavi-ul-Ameen”, that is, they have necessary skills and have high ethical values.

Today I promise to love, own, groom and mentor my team unconditionally. I will walk my talk to build trust. I will lead from front and will have an eagle eye on the dangers that my team may face internally or externally. My job is to enable my team to deliver results. If my team does great job, the credit will go to them. If my team falls short of delivering the results, I will accept ownership.

I will enable my team to earn more through incentives rather than rely on fixed salary. I promise to resolve conflicts in the team according to justice. I will not hesitate to take unkind decisions in the larger interest of the organization.

I promise that I will fire up, energize, turbo-charge and inspire my team on daily basis to outperform. My sales team is the engine of my organization and I am driver of the engine. I promise to drive with passion, vision and wisdom.

I pray to Allah that He guides me to lead my team in the best way. Amen
