16 Books Every Salesperson Must Read

When in my training sessions I give my introduction that I started my sales career at the age of 10, normally participants get shocked that how a person coming from ghost schools of rural area can impact lives of people that I am doing. Then I inform my participants that I am committed to life long learning. I was in grade 7 when I read “How to Win Friends and Influence People” by Dale Carnegie, the book unchained my imagination to grow and glow in life. Being a sales professional, sales trainer and author, I highly recommend the following books every salesperson must read.

  1. How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie
  2. How I Raised Myself from Failure to Success in Selling by Frank Bettger
  3. The Psychology of Winning by Denis Waitley
  4. As a Man Thinketh by James Allen
  5. Sales Bible by Jeffrey Gitomer
  6. The Psychology of Selling by Brian Tracy
  7. Secrets of Closing the Sale by Zig Ziglar
  8. Acres of Diamond by Russell Cornwell
  9. A Message to Garcia by Elbert Hubbard
  10. The Greatest Salesman in the World by Og Mandino
  11. Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill
  12. Selling to Big Companies by Jill Konrath
  13. Awaken the Giant Within by Anthony Robbins
  14. How to Master the Art of Selling by Tom Hopkins
  15. Hypnotic Writing by Joe Vitale
